 Visit of Mr.
Ying Wu |

| During
the Summer of 2004, the Center for Communications& Signal Processing
was honored by a visit from Mr. Ying Wu,Executive Vice President,
Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, UTStarcom Inc. Pictured with
Mr. Wu are Robert Altenkirk, President of New Jersey Institute of
Technology, Professor Yeheskel Bar-Ness, Director of the CCSPR, and
Pan Liu, a PhD student in the CCSPR. Mr. Wu received his B.S. in electrical
engineering from Beijing Industrial University and then pursued his
M.S. in electrical engineering at the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
He took a tour of his alma mater, met with several graduate students
and spoke about his experiences as a student of NJIT. |
